1. JOIN (REGISTRATION)
Registration at our website is FREE, you can become a member of flyingpak.com without any admission fee or membership charges.
Everyone can use services of flyingpak.com.
2. SAFETY MEASURES
To protect our customers’ private information, we have been always planning some strict safety measures. For more detailed information, please take a look at the following [Privacy Policy].
Customer’s privacy and shopping information are encrypted with SSL secret code.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
You can use Credit card in Paypal
We use a PayPal integrated system for payments. PayPal offerings worldwide: PayPal / PayPal online payment system has advanced security to prevent e-commerce frauds, therefore PayPal system is secure and successful online transfer system.
*NOTE : As we use PayPal Standard Integrated system, we do not have any access to credit card information of our clients. All credit card information of the income payments are safely encrypted by PayPal Company.
4. HOW TO EDIT AND CANCEL ORDER INFORMATION
a. CANCEL order: For PayPal payment method (Before shipping) Please contact us through e-mail. If you already paid, you can be refunded immediately.
b. Before shipping: If you want to change or remove any item from your order, please email to flyingpak.cs@gmail.com, so that we will be able to do any change from your order.
5. Out of stock
Sometimes, during packaging after an order was placed, some items may occur to be out of stock or discontinued.
Sold out or discontinued items after the order was already placed: The sold-out item’s cost is refunded and, the rest of items from the order are shipped out.
A notification email about refund for sold out/discontinued items is sent to the customer’s registered e-mail.
The buyer can see the refunded cost and details on the buyer's order sheet.
The refund amount is returned to the balance of the payment method. (to PayPal balance )

3.СПОСОБ ОПЛАТЫ
Вы можете использовать банковскую карту для оплаты через PAYPAL
Для платежей мы используем интегрированную систему PayPal. PayPal распространен по всему миру: система онлайн-платежей PayPal обладает повышенной безопасностью для предотвращения мошенничества в электронной коммерции, поэтому система PayPal является безопасной и успешной системой онлайн-переводов.
*ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: поскольку мы используем стандартную интегрированную систему PayPal, у нас нет доступа к информации о кредитных картах наших клиентов. Вся информация о кредитных картах для выплат доходов надежно зашифрована компанией PayPal.
4. КАК ИЗМЕНИТЬ ИЛИ ОТМЕНИТЬ ЗАКАЗ
a. ОТМЕНА заказа: Для способа отплаты через PayPal (До отправки товара). Пожалуйста свяжитесь с нами через электронную почту. Если вы произвели оплату, деньги будут возвращены сразу.
b.До отправки товара: Если вы хотите изменить или убрать что то из заказа, пожалуйста свяжитесь с нами через почту flyingpak.cs@gmail.com, мы можем внести в ваш заказ любые изменения.
5. Не имеется в наличии
Иногда, во время упаковки товара после размещения заказа, товар может не быть в наличии или снят с продажи.
Распроданный или снятый с продажи товар после размещения заказа: За распроданный товар средства будут возмещены, а оставшиеся товары будут отправлены.
Уведомление об отсутствии товара в наличии/снятия с продажи будет послано на зарегистрированную почту клиента.
Клиент может отслеживать возмещенную стоимость и подборную информацию в списке заказов.
Сумма возврата возвращается на баланс способа оплаты. (баланс PayPal)
